We are happy to say that as Regulated Health Professionals we are allowed to remain open during the current COVID lockdown. All the therapists have been vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus and we are happy to be here to help you.
Things will be a little different but with everyone working together we're sure it will run smoothly. For the safety of everyone, some new procedures have been implemented.
24 hours before your appointment you will receive a COVID pre-screening questionaire. This will need to be returned to us, via email, before you come to your appointment. When you arrive you will be screened again and your temperature taken. Everyone is required to sign the visitor's log at reception to enable contact tracing.
Everyone is required to wear a clean disposable or re-usable mask at all times. This includes therapists and clients. There is hand sanitizer in the front lobby to use when entering and when leaving. Hand sanitizers are available in every room and we encourage you to wash your hands when you arrive as well.
We ask clients to arrive alone (where possible) and as close to your appontment time as possible. If you are unable to arrive alone, then the person accompanying you will need to be screened and wear a mask as well.
Our debit machine is touchless. If your card doesn't work on touchless we have disposable Q-tips for your convenience. Pens are disinfected after each use.
Therapists wash their hands before entering and after leaving a treatment room. Once in the treatment room, the therapist will sanitize their hands before starting the treatment and before leaving the room.
In the treatment room, massage tables, headrests, chairs, light switches, door handles, oil bottles and areas that are commonly touched are all wiped down and disinfected after each client. All linens are washed and dried in the highest heat possible. High touch areas, including the bathroom, are also cleaned regularily.
